Hi everyone! *Waves Frantically*

So sorry not to have written sooner... I was not prepared for what an all consuming, amazing yet exhausting experience this would be! I have had very little time outside of training to do anything else! I've been able to pop onto the forum and see all your lovely comments - thank you - but this is the first opportunity to post. I'm on a plane with wi-fi going to New York to perform on Good Morning America where Mark will, for the first time ever, accompany me live on the guitar & then we dance later on Regis & Kelly.

I'm having the most incredible time here. I've made some wonderful friends in Mark & the cast, I'm LOVING the dancing and I'm thrilled with how it's all going! I'm totally humbled by the way I've been welcomed here and best of all, girls, how much fun are these costumes?!! Seriously if I had to be locked in one room for the rest of my life, I'd chose the wardrobe at Dancing with the Stars!

I really hope you're enjoying watching it as much as I am doing it! Your support has been overwhelming and I can feel it from here. Thank you.

And the bonus is that it's classical week this week & you'll be seeing some of my friends perform on the show.. (not sure I can say who they are but you know them!) I'm so glad to have made it this far as this is where my whole DWTS experience began a year ago! :)

Having recently been introduced to Katherine as an entertainer, my I say how delightful she is. She seems to conduct herself with such class, ease and grace. I'm from midwestern United States...Kansas City, MO. I'm curious how many new "fans" are following her from the US and where are you from? Anxious to see her continue on DWTS...I feel she's been most consistent on the show thus far. Best of luck to You, Katherine and Mark. Voting like crazy for you!!! Hi everyone: KJUSA has undergone massive updates and additions in preparation for Katherine’s upcoming appearance on Dancing With The Stars here in the US. Once Katherine was announced as a contestant on the show , the number of daily visitors to my site has been overwhelming to say the least. Records that stood for years have simply been shattered. Katherine topped the search engines on Google and other search engines for several days after the announcement. The USA is certainly curious to find out what the rest of us already know. I’m so thrilled for her and so proud of her. This is a huge opportunity and I wanted to get my site updated with as much information etc. as I could in hopes that it would help the US find out what she’s all about. I even posted a page called Getting To Know Katherine , and the entire page I wrote personally to help the US get acquainted with Katherine. I know they’ll fall in love with her. My excitement is of the charts and I’ve notified everyone I know over here to vote for her. I know she’ll make us all proud. Also on my site is a page created just for the Dancing With The Stars show. It will be up to the minute with scores and rankings as they happen. Schubert. Really enjoyed it. They've got some really good events on over the next few months:P

You might want to try and watch my Classical Princess live

If you go into www.firstrowsports.eu (yes i know it sounds mad) you will get a page with various viewing options on the top. One of them is TV and if you click on it you will see a list of TV stations. At the top the first three are all ABC and I think one of them might be the one that shows Dancing With The Stars.

I do use this site to watch live football on a Saturday at home and it is usually very good.

You might want to giver it a try.

I have been away but I have been told it works.

Classic Brit Awards 2012

The date for the Classic Brit Awards has now finally been announced. The date is Tuesday 2nd October 2012.

Da show starts at 8pm at the Royal Albert Hall.

Katherine has appeared at the Brits a number of times, however as yet there are no details of who is performing.

We all know how keen Katherine is to sing in a run of Carmen, and most of you will I am sure know that I am currently playing in a run of Aida at the Royal Albert Hall for Raymond Gubbay. This has got me thinking, a rare event folks so keep reading in case you miss it!
This time next year we will be reviving the RG production of Carmen in the round at the RAH. Knowing Katherine’s ambition in this regard, and Raymond Gubbay’s efforts to create a box-office draw, it would seem not inconceivable that he might approach Katherine to sing the title role.
However, having mentioned this to some of my friends and colleagues in the chorus and company, there may be a little more to it other than an educated guess on my part.

So, we’ll see......

Hi all. Katherine and Mark were once again was amazing. She's no longer a secret here in the USA that's for sure. I've got 48 votes in , 12 online , 12 each for 2 phones and 12 text from my cell phone. unfortunately it's 12 limit vote from any form of voting device. i love catherine jenkins, i am 13 years old and chose tell me im not dreaming to sing at my school summer concert. My mum and nan nearly cried listening. if you would like to listen please go to chrystal bliss tell me im not dreaming on you tube, i couldn't reach some of the higher notes so put some oohs in instead.

My teachers loved it.

I hope Catherine enjoys coming to bristol on her tour.:)

As I read the posts here we are all so incredibly proud of Katherine and how she’s doing on Dancing With The Stars and all the praise and wonderful comments and support are very much appreciated by Katherine I know , but I wanted to post a special thread for Mark Ballas to give him some recognition as well. Thank you Mark for all of your hard work and for training and taking such wonderful care of our precious Katherine. It is all so very much appreciated much more than you know. I know the hours and days are long and grueling , and I know how difficult it must be working with Katherine :D. A job we’d all trade with you in a minute if we even had a clue about dancing. I know you have made a friend for life with Katherine and I’m thrilled for you both. Keep up the great work , and we are hoping for a first place trophy at the end. just watched katherine on dvds viva,believe,in the park,&llangollen.which i do often,over years.like many kinds of music,irish,country,and many modern singers,but i fail to understand what some of katherines critics are listening to,everything katherine does shows?its perfect.not pure opera?who cares ive listened to many operas over many years,the singing can be great but the story is what bores most none expert listeners.the tone in katherins voice can make a boreing story line very enjoyable to listen too,therefore give me katherine everytime.purest are like art dealers they like to think they see what us pore mortals cant see?

Hi all: Katherine was her usual stunning self tonight. In a bright yellow full length gown , the judges were in awe of her. It was the first time in 14 seasons that anyone got a score of 9 from a judge on the first show of the season. Her scores were 9 , 8 , 9 for a total of 26 , which put her in first place until the last couple of the evening also got a score of 26 to tie. Katherine eyes were watering as she was clearly fighting back tears as the judges praised her performance. She left no doubt how much this means to her. I am incredibly proud of you Katherine. I had every friend and family member across America watching and voting for you and I had bragged and bragged about you and you stunned America with your grace , beauty and elegance. Steve

Dear Katherine

It is the start of another exciting adventure for you and I guess all your fans as well.

I wanted to provide some support other than just wishing you good luck which of course I do.

During the next 2/3 months you may be asked some serious questions or placed in awkward situations. I thought I would provide you with some help and things to remember so you are prepared.

A chicken will never do a Foxtrot.

Vampire's enjoy ballroom dancing as they can really get into the vaultz.

Don't do a left turn whilst your partner does a promenade. You will never see them again.

Remember a ducks favourite dance is the Quack step.

A line dancing couple went to the doctor for a check up because they were having trouble remembering anything but all the latest line dances.

The doctor found them in excellent health but suggested that writing things down might help their memories off the dance floor.

That night the husband went to the kitchen and the wife asked for a dish of ice cream and suggested he write it down.

He said "I don't need to write it down".

She said, "well I want strawberries on it, so maybe you had better write it down".

"I don't need to write it down", he said and walked off in a huff.

Twenty minutes later he came back with a plate of bacon and eggs.

"I told you to write it down" she said, "you forgot my toast."

Yes I know I am mad but I do try and make you laugh. Being serious I shall be supporting you all the way. Of course I hope you win this competition but most of all I hope it excites the American Press and Public and opens up dazzling opportunities in the USA for you.

I live in Sydney Australia and i will be in europe for a holiday in april and it would be a dream come true to see katherine Jenkins perform and maybe if im lucky enough to get a picture with her haha! but not sneaking into her dressing room! i mean who does that? some people need to sort out there priorities lol anyways we digress, lol

If anyone knows anything about tours or updates please let me know i will be so grateful i know its a long shot cos i will only be in london for a week, but i thought i would try cos Katherine is so worth it :)

Ive loved her and her voice ever since she preformed here in sydney on 2009 at the carols, she is just so down to earth its so refreshing to see such a talent and know that the person behind the voice is just as beautiful on the inside as she is one the outside

Hi, who can help me. I am from Germany, Bavaria. I have bougt Meet and Greetings for 255 Euro . August 2011. I have waited of my tickets, but i don t have get the tickets. The post has send me the greeting card Dezember 2011 but the tickets not by me. I have had the tickets for the train 400 Euro, the hotel 200 Euro, London Pass, Oester Card. But I am always in Germany because I dont have the tickets. Who can say me what i have done wrong. Why d ont i Habe get the tickets. I have payed, i habe my number of the booking, i have the greeting card but how can i found who where my card. My train habe had from 10.00 til 16.oo All the money for nothing? Who knows was i am not unterstood. Have you get your tickets in United Kindom. Is the booking in Germany not possible? Can you help me? Well, I sent a specail bouquet for the appreciation of a young lady's superlative customer service as part of the show's production, but seemingly they never reached the intended recipient... my best guess, having fully interrogated all possible options, is that the venue's staff included them within those intended for Katherine... as long a they found an appreciative home is all I can ask... :D

I am just catching up on the computer and have been on Twitter. I have just looked at the photo of you all dolled up and ready to go on stage at the Apollo in London. As usual you look wonderful and I thought I would send you this posting.

It has been a very long, exhausting and emotional tour. I told you what kind of welcome you would get from your fans but I must say I was overwhelmed and brought to tears by the unbelievable amount of love and affection generated towards you when I saw you in Birmingham. Despite the recent anxiety in your life you conducted yourself like the true professional you are. I am so proud of you.

I don't know what you have planned next in your busy life but I hope you are taking some time out to relax first.

So; the tour is about to end.
Katherine has been saying during the concerts how much she's been enjoying them.
But being a performer in a very small way, I know how you can feel flat when it ends.
I don't know, but - from performing night after night to crowds pouring out their love to her, the next few weeks might be difficult.

Well, Katherine, if you read this; you've brought so much happiness, so much emotional support, so much love, to so many people; and we're all still here, still full of love for you. And if we could, we'd be with you, cheering you on.
