Well Keith, after reading your post above I had to think for a minute, but yes, you are right, I did play on this album which was recorded at the Abbey Road Studios some time ago, I remember the name now! Glad you are enjoying it, but how did you know I was on it? I don't think I posted about it.
Best wishes
Russell.

RUSSELL GILBERT (17/11/2010) Well Keith, after reading your post above I had to think for a minute, but yes, you are right, I did play on this album which was recorded at the Abbey Road Studios some time ago, I remember the name now! Glad you are enjoying it, but how did you know I was on it? I don't think I posted about it.

Hi Russell
I am one of those people who often read the sleeve notes. You were listed amongst the 'first violin' on the sessions on both 28th May and 21st July. There is a photo in the booklet where David Cullen is conducting the violins and it looks like you towards the back of the image but the picture is reproduced quite small and the depth of field of the shot is such that you are not in sharp focus.
Cheers
Keith
